This year there will be a lottery. We will start accepting registrations postmarked November 9th, 2009. All applications postmarked from Nov 9 through 11 will be placed together in one lottery to fill camp and determine positions on a waiting list. Applications postmarked prior to Nov. 9th will not be accepted. Applications postmarked after Nov. 11th will be placed on the waiting list in order of postmark.

Cost per person is $260. This includes full access to Harbin Hot Springs Resort, all meals, plus the dancing and fun you have come to expect from Dance Awakening. A deposit of $50 will hold your space, with the balance due March 9th. All cancellations subject to a $20 processing fee. If you cancel after March 9th, refund is contingent on us locating a replacement. We cannot accept unnamed place saving on couple applications or drop in visitors.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Slumber party style in separate, carpeted, heated area of the dance hall. (So bring sleeping bag, foam pad & pillow.)

Tent sites are located in many nice spots within close walking distance the hall.

Hotel accommodations. You can rent a variety of different rooms (from $100 and up) within walking distance at Harbin’s main facility (707) 987-2477. A less expensive option (around $65) is the Eagle & Rose Inn near Middletown (10 minute drive away) (707)987-7330.

Car Camping is available near the dance hall (limited).

Scholarships: A few 1/2 off work scholarships are available. Information upon request.
